Regular manpower monitoring to ensure safety of team members across the region. - Cashless payments options were implemented in Australia by installing EFTPOS terminals in all branches; Singapore LBC worked with PAYNOW, an online payment facility. This resulted in 100% cashless transactions in Australia and 30% utilization in Singapore
